Saturday 30th July, 1-3 p.m.
We will be taking an in depth look at how we can exercise in a way that allows us to unlock our fullest explosive potential. Specifically focusing on how this might carry over into our martial art.
Mobile, Flexible and Strong!
Saturday 24th September, 1-3 p.m.
Here we will be taking a look at what it means to have mobility, what it means to have flexibility, how we can improve in both of these areas, how we can improve our body's relationship between the two, and how we can remain strong throughout our body's ability to move through varied ranges of motion.
Become Good at the Unusual!
Saturday 21st January, 2023, 1-3 p.m.
Who wouldn’t want to be physically prepared for things they didn’t know were coming? We will be looking at general physical preparedness and how we can exercise in a way that supports our ability to adapt to unusual and unfamiliar activity.
