We all want to “be more Zen” - but what exactly does that mean, and how do we do it?

Find out in this lighthearted but still deeply philosophical interactive session, as part of our partnership with Broadway Museum. Part history, part demonstration, part practice, part meditation. Led by Zen scholar Neil R. Hall, our Chief Instructor.

Join us for our hugely popular World Tai Chi Day open event. All ages welcome, and you don't need any experience. Qigong is closely related to Tai Chi, a feature in most of our Tai Chi classes, and probably much older than Tai Chi itself. Qigong is an art about gently working your energy. It is enlightening, invigorating, and deeply relaxing.

Discover this gentle and ancient art with Michelle Baker at the beautiful Broadway Museum, in a two hour workshop with time to really settle in to the Qigong explore different approaches.

Finishing Self Defence Techniques: Restraining and Making Safe

Too often students of self defence think it's all done with a cool strike or take down. But in real life, your attacker may just get up and carry on. And if you don't stop them, or take their weapon away, your situation may be even worse than before. Chief Instructor Neil R. Hall addresses this in a workshop from our Self Defence series of workshops.
